Jonathan Cooper graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Estate Management at Southbank University in 1992.  He then travelled extensively throughout South East Asia and qualified as Chartered Surveyor BSC Hons MRICS, in 1997.

Over the past 30 years Jonathan has gained extensive experience in Shopping Centre Management for Capital and Counties PLC including Lakeside Thurrock, The Glades and Harlequin shopping centres.  He has also worked for his family's Office Agency "Brian Cooper & Co" and Allsops.  He then went client side working for Property Development Company Towntalk.  He was then a Co-Founder of Even Group.

As Founder and Director of Nomad Properties, Jonathan leads this agile property company specialising in acquiring land and buildings with exceptional opportunities to add-value through planning gain and asset management initiatives.
